My support coordinator has helped me understand and use my NDIS plan for services I want. Other coordinators have not helped me and just used all my funds. I would definitely recommend using their service.

Neglectful service in fact no service at all they have too many clients and do the bare minimum. they do not follow up and check the services in place are doing their job. One of their support coordinators was very verbally aggressive. They feign professionalism but they provide a very limited service. I have had very bad experiences with over 7 clients. Look elsewhere

I live in an EPIC SIL property and they support me 24/7. I love my unit and my workers do a fantastic job of looking after all my needs as well as helping me get out and about to attend appointments, go for a drive, go shopping and go to the beach. I would highly recommend their service.
