Went online to make flu shot appointments for myself, my spouse and my father, which included providing a phone number and date of birth for each of us. On the day, we collected my father from his home and arrived at the pharmacy on time, only to find out they did not have the vaccine. Very unprofessional of them not to call or text to advise that.

I booked my COVID vaccination using the QR code. The process was very easy and efficient. My first impression on going in person was that this is a well organised pharmacy. The staff on the registers were professional and friendly. The vaccination itself was also done really efficiently and painless. I felt like I was being treated as a person - not just another customer. The pharmacist was also able to provide advice about the Flu vaccine, which I received at the same time. Highly recommend.
