As a first time Pilates girly, I cannot recommend Matt & the team enough. From the moment I walked through the doors, they were friendly, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The team are so well trained and knowledgeable. I always look forward to coming to class!

Evolve Rosebud, has been an amazing place for me to get on top of my health and well-being. It's been the kickstart I needed to feel good about myself and also become strong in my body and mind. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. Each one of them has been instrumental in helping me get back to being "Me". The variety of exercises and structure of the classes is fantastic! I highly recommend if you're just starting out on your exercise journey or if you've been doing it for a while but want something different. This is the place to be! :-).
