Google MapsThe 2 retail staff at Eastwood who served me today were amazingly helpful. I needed a pair of insoles with shoes pronto cos my feet were hurting. The store didn't have the shoe I needed and she immediately called the chatswood store manager and I got the shoes and insoles within the hour thus relieving me of my pain. The manager at chatswood was also super helpful. So, so grateful for such caring, attentive and kind people.

Google MapsSpent $110+ to learn nothing new for 20 min. Biggest joke. Didn't know an initial consult would just be the podiatrist giving you a consultation without any treatment. Went in thinking the initial consult will also include treatment in removing corns & callouses - because that was my intention - to get rid of the hardened skin! Instead was given an actual consultation/ which was basically a conversation about how hyper mobile I am, which I have already known for 10 years. $110+ spent learning nothing new. Really think this should have been conveyed properly on the website, or explained by the receptionist when I first made the booking - especially as it was my first time. Or maybe even spice up the initial consult to include a bit of treatment, as it really really was a waste of time and money for me as I am well aware of my health & movement abilities. As much as I am annoyed I hope this review is helpful for anyone out there. Don't get scammed.
