Most of the staff here are lovely and very efficient and knowledgeable, with the exception of Annette who, multiple times, came across extremely passive aggressive and rude

This has become my local pharmacy, and I must say that I have never received more attentive service from any pharmacy! The staff are all eager to help, are knowledgeable, and there is a minimal wait for scripts. They are not the cheapest pharmacy around, nor do they have all the products that you might find elsewhere, but they have more than enough choice, and the prices are not unreasonable, especially considering the level of service. Just love this place. Whenever I go there feels like it’s my home. Very nice place and staff. Today was my 3rd visit there with my little one. Best pharmacy ever in the whole Melbourne I guess. Thank you and keep it up.

It's my local, been going for 38 years. The personal service disappeared a long time ago. Anthony is the only one left that still gives a level of care-a sign of the times. 13.11.25. Faith restored, was great to have a chat with Ian Shanks, for addressing my concerns & as a valued long term customer. His genuine concern as well as understanding the challenges he has faced over the last few years (something, we tend to forget) & his plans to address them going forward. Much appreciated. And on that note a reminder that a genuine smile & interaction can go a long way in making someone's day

Excellent Pharmacy located in the Stables Shopping Centre Mill Park. I was Greeted by the Staff with a Smile, Sam and the Staff were Friendly and Helpful, Oliver the Pharmacist was on the Ball and Happy to Assist with locating some medications. The Store has plenty of Variety, even has a Cafe along with Awesome Smoothies, make sure you join, free membership with discounts. They also have beautiful Frozen ready cooked meals. Talk to the Pharmacy about Pilates. Great all around Pharmacy 👏 👍
