Google MapsStaff member fitting my boot was excellent; cannot say the same for the bullying attitude from some staff when I informed them that the account will be sent to NDIS... Not happy and gave me a very mistrusting feeling.Not a pleasent experience at all.

Google MapsVery sad to speak to someone who constantly sighs and speaks over you. After putting up with it several times I was assertive in my complaint about the lack of compassion and communication. I was then told by this receptionist and her husband of the business to find another service for my brother who has special needs. I then received various stories about when the boots would be available. The communication did not really leave me feeling I made the right choice in retrying the business. The boots were over $2000 and I would not say the make or quality matches the price in any way. The sole and boot were exceptionally poorly put together. However, lesson learned.
