Sandy has been excellent, helped me with all my questions, and has a wide array of knowledge. I was confused at the start, but she explained and provided alternatives. And put me at ease. Google MapsI am a regular and long-time customer at your pharmacy, but I am very disappointed with my experience today. One of your older lady pharmacists behaved very rudely. My 5-year-old son was moving around, and I was already managing him while also caring for my elder son, who is autistic. I repeatedly asked my younger child to stop, and he did calm down. However, the pharmacist approached us and spoke very loudly and harshly, saying “this is not a playground” and calling my child “sick.” Her tone was extremely rude and upsetting. Both my children were shocked, and my younger son even said sorry. I understand that children should behave appropriately, and I was already handling the situation. But the way she shouted at us in front of others was unacceptable. Even people outside noticed and seemed shocked. Because of this incident, I felt very distressed and could not complete my purchase properly. I request that you please review this matter seriously, check your CCTV footage, and take appropriate action. At the very least, the staff member should be spoken to about respectful behaviour toward customers. I hope this situation is addressed so no other customer has a similar experience. Timing 4.45pm. Other staff members are nice.

Google MapsWhat an incredible experience, had a cold and decided to not battle it myself but have some aid in the form of medicine. Was the closest pharmacy to me and oh my lucky stars. Some of the most incredible service by the young girl Nancy. Such a delight to speak to and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Could not recommend more :)

Google MapsYes, they may be the only compounding pharmacy in the area and open late every day — but what truly sets them apart is something regular customers already know: the pharmacists here genuinely go above and beyond. Every visit, I've walked out satisfied. Whether it's their professional advice or their excellent eczema medicine, they take the time to actually listen to your problem and offer guidance that makes a real difference. In a world where healthcare can feel rushed, it's refreshing to find a team that's both knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a transaction.
