Google MapsMinus 1 star. Terrible experience. For 1 year we watched mum sometimes be cared for, only most Enrolled Nurses were great, rest let her attempt to spoon her food at mealtimes, often resulting in no food successfully being eaten, despite numerous requests for assistance from my father. On her actual passing, dad got a well done your account is at a balance of $0...not one word of condolences. Disgusted.

Google MapsMinus 5 stars. My mother has lived here for 12 years. 11 of those years she had excellent care. The past 6 months as my mother’s health and physical condition declined, the level of care did not rise to meet her needs. When she needed assistance to go to the bathroom, she would be waiting in excess of 30 minutes on multiple occasions, even up to 50 minutes more than once. Staff do not communicate with each other. When the time came for her to be hoisted, staff refused to use one type of hoist which my mother preferred, even when directed to do so by the Director of Nursing.
