After sustaining life altering injuries and spending 14 months in hospital I was released to my new rather daunting existence in the outside world, part of that was finding a supplier that could support me. Due to the supply chain disruption, it was difficult for us to procure consumable products for our disabled child. We’ve been ringing suppliers inquiring about our order but placed on hold for hours and have to wait for weeks if not months for the order to arrive. Until someone told us to try GoSupply. I am so grateful for this company and I never looked back. The price is competitive, delivery is fast but most of all, the after sales service is top notch! I remembered ringing the company director one day without realising that he was overseas and he woke up in the middle of the night to take my call. They’ve raised the bar for excellent customer service.
