Google MapsI’m extremely disappointed with the recent changes in this organization. Since the new staff came in, the level of care and attention given to the children and families has dropped noticeably. It feels like the heart and purpose of the organization have been lost. What’s even more frustrating is the constant push for public donations. People are being asked to give, believing their money is going toward helping vulnerable families but that’s clearly not the case. Instead of using those funds to directly support the people who need it most, the organization is busy hiring more and more managers and team leaders, many of whom don’t seem to serve any real purpose. The structure is bloated, and the focus has shifted away from care and community impact. This organization needs to take a hard look at where it’s heading. The families and children should come first not titles, not internal promotions, and definitely not appearances.
