Google MapsMy mother resides at Rivera Place. You hear lots of horror stories about aged care but my mums loves it at Rivera and I am more than satisfied with the level of care and facilities. Mum has her own ensuite room and treats the place like her home now. Thanks heaps to the dedicated staff.

Google MapsMy mother resides there and she is in Rivera place which absolutely beautiful. The staff are absolutely wonderful but communication amongst nurses could be better. But a shout out to Tracey. Tracey is the coordinator in Rivera (hopefully I got that right). She is absolutely wonderful and she loves all the residents like they are her own family.

Google MapsPhoned to see if I could pop in and see a friend. I was treated with distain and stone walled. The receptionist is abrupt rude and uncooperative not the place for my future liaisons. My researched suspicious were proven correct DO NOT USE! this facility it is shrouded in seclusion and secrecy the autonomy of power is corrupt and quite frankly distasteful. I got the sense this place is darkened truly got a bad feeling her energy on the phone was extremely unsettling! This review is my opinion not fact I am entitled to post my intuition. Abrupt Rude Secretive Gladestine.

Google MapsIt was the worst experience, my father had to be moved. He was fully well psychologically but needed help as his body parts were not functioning properly. What was happening was not ok for him, especially late night / early morning. He wanted to die, he felt so bad there. There are many things I could share, but not online. The late night / early morning level of care was the worst. When we moved him he felt much more cared for.
