Google MapsDoing both 1:1 and group sessions for over a year. All the staff are helpful and everyone I meet in the group we become friends. The exercises that I am giving are at my leave of strength and endurance. I would highly recommend Health Move Exercises for everyone at any stage any fitness level.

Google MapsThis gym is excellent. The staff all know their stuff and help everyone to reach their full potential. The classes are small and the trainers will assist with special needs or suggest special exercises if you have a problem. Highly recommend this gym.
