Google MapsI was very upset to discover that this business sent my invoice to my mother instead of me breaching my privacy and this being how my mother discovered I was even going to a therapist. My mother received not one but two emails from this practice, I am an adult living out of home depot go for not reason should my mother be being invoiced for my appointments. I have emailed them complaining and two days later I happen to now be receiving this invoice with no attempt from anyone at the business to contact me apologising for the large mistake on their part or confirming if they canceled all future appointments but they are happy to try chase me for money with automated emails instead of facing the music for their mistakes. I am so disappointed in how this has been handled and especially being a place for mental health I would have expected that the privacy of their clients would be taken a lot more seriously. I absolutely would not recommend this and it’s a shame if the Doctors there are great because unfortunately the admin team are not.
