Google MapsReferred here to be assessed for ADHD. The entire experience was extremely overwhelming, but the staff were amazing. The assessment itself was long, but I felt listened to and all staff members validated my feelings and experience. Jamie the provisional psychologist was spectacular and was extremely reassuring when I expressed how overwhelmed I was. Being officially diagnosed with Combination ADHD at 27 feels so freeing! Cannot recommend this practice enough!

Google MapsAfter struggling with my mental health for three years, with no progress, I attended this service. I felt heard, understood and cared about. Not just my current issue, of not being able to function for three years, but my whole history was visited. I was given timely appointments while my psychiatrist assisted me to get off medication that was more harmful than helpful while replacing it,gradually with a different medication. I was included in all the descions about my medication and strategies to assist my recover. The follow ups are extremely helpful as my medication is slowly tweaked to assist me to live my best life without being overmedicated. I am so thankful I found this practice and would recommend it above all other services I have attended.
