Google MapsRang Life Tec and spoke to Zena who was more than helpful, she contacted their plumber Stewart who rang me the next day to confirm a date and time to come out for the repairs. Everything went like clockwork from woe to go. I never had to follow up or check anything, everything was done so professionally. My first contact was with my aged care who really were not all that helpful at all, and to be honest I was dreading having to do the ring around, but then I got Life Tec and more importantly Zena who was more than helpful. Then Stewart who was also very helpful if I can say one thing I wasn't made to feel like I was a burden and wasting anyone's time. I felt respected by both Zena and Stewart which gave me a comfortable feeling at using their services, which i know down the track will help me no matter what.
