Google Mapspossibly a scam. charged my terminally ill mother a surprise callout fee of $150 for an assessment without discussing this fee with anyone beforehand. especially dodgy when during the assessment they informed us they were "unable to help" with any of the issues she needed help with. could not repair a lock or replace a plank of wood or hose a driveway, all things listed on their website. would not talk to us on the phone and acted as though it was the fault of the care package (when the charge came from this provider and we were not informed). charging hidden fees for quotes but declaring you are unable to do any work is a great way to steal from the most vulnerable! do not trust.
