Google MapsTheir ecommerce sold me an item they didn’t have in stock. No communication about that for several days. Then they shipped the wrong product. When I received it, they wouldn’t reply to my attempts to contact them over the email they publish on their website. Terrible customer service. Worst ecommerce experience in a long time.

Google MapsBuyer Beware. This is a very unprofessional company with very poor customer service. Over a month in length of time to sort out the debacle of where my urgent supplies were. No confirmation of order, no communication re shipping or tracking information, dishonest answers when shipped, emails not answered, phone calls not returned. They string you along promising everything but I suspect they are way out of their depth with sourcing goods and distributing efficiently. For a medical supply company it was just an appalling and unnecessarily stressful experience. I would be surprised if such a company stays in business for long. Thankfully got my money back and dealt with a company with greater expertise and business ethics. Oh and they delivered within 5 days with accurate confirmation of every step in the process.

Google MapsTerrible customer service and delays in delivery of products even though the products were in stock. I was told multiple times that the stock had been sent that morning but was told the same thing the very next day. This poor service has resulted in multiple delays to my care. They called me under the guise of requesting feedback but it was really just a sales call in which they tried to make me agree that their product and service was the superior product over the one that I actually wanted. I will never engage with Molmike again.

Google MapsI recently switched to Molmike for my personal care products after constantly getting delayed deliveries, back orders, missing products and zero customer service from my existing supplier. I personal have found to switch to Molmike to be outstanding, with the ordering of products easy, delivery times great and most of all, amazing customer service and a name/face to actually talk to.
