I was a participant at My Tree House for approximately 7 months and I’ve found that most of the workers were great but also some that aren’t ..If your in need of personal care please make sure workers do have experience as some aren’t trained in it..Management of company is not good at all also office staff they don’t communicate between each other which makes rostering a nightmare a lot of mistakes are made…On public holidays you are either short staffed or left without workers..All I can say to anyone looking at this company look elsewhere..

I’ve been receiving support from my tree house for a long period of time and right from the start the staff were amazing great to talk to or have fun with and a joke open to catering to your needs and wants and goals and just all round good people.

My treehouse is a professional company they go way above for there participants to make sure they have the best supports they will make sure every participant that has goals they will help them achieve there goals I would highly recommend this company to any new participants needing supports they have great management and support staff On board willing to go way above to make this happen
