Google MapsPleasantly surprised to discover they were a compounding pharmacy. Services were great, on time. Pharmacist took their time with us when we had an after-service enquiry. Everything you could hope for from medical professionals 10/10
I am a regular customer here for a reason! Customer service is amazing, always so helpful and so quick & prompt, I barely ever have to wait in the queue for so long. The pharmacists are FANTASTIC and always so helpful and knowledgeable. I am a first time mum and I always have a million concerns & questions but they are so patient and answer each and every one (they are always spot on btw!) highly recommend :)
This store is very expensive and overpriced. I bought eye drops and they charged me $28.4 I checked the price with chemist Warehouse and they were selling for only $16. I Don't recommend this store to anyone, they are expensive and staff are all unprofessional, especially the pharmacists on weekends. Go somewhere else! Chemist warehouse is way cheaper and better.

Google MapsI attended Priceline yesterday 18/11/24 as I was lining up to be served the manager called for a young girl to serve me. From the moment the girl approached the counter you could see she didn’t want to be there. I was served on a counter that was covered in stock, paperwork etc.. extremely messy counter, the girl scanned my items, I paid the $58 total. I was asked if I wanted my receipt to which I replied no. The young girl then proceeded to count my items in the bag she packed, scan the receipt then go thru the items in the bag. She stated she forgot to scan an item $27.99, I pull out my card to pay for the missed item, but after a quick calculation in my head it didn’t add up. I asked the girl how is it possible I didn’t pay for this item with the total so high. She was rude and treated me like I was stupid. Shoving the receipt at me saying look for yourself. I did!! I found the $27.99 item scanned and showed her that. Her reply was oh it was the water I missed! The water was $1.49 I asked her how was it possible she missed the water but was about to charge me $27.99. Rudely she replies yeah I made a mistake. I asked for the manager. I waited a few minutes for the manager Gabriella to show, she storms up to the messy counter and proceeds to abuse me claiming I was rude to her staff before I even spoke. I was not rude to her staff. I just didn’t allow her to tip me off almost $30, so that apparently makes me rude!!! I got a refund on my total purchase and went to chemist warehouse where the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Also prices were much better at chemists warehouse. Chemist warehouse is located in Liverpool Westfield’s or casula homemaker centre. You’re welcome x Edit to add. I phoned the Casula store after realising they didn’t provide a complete refund, the retail manager Marianna ( or Anna she gave 2 different names) answered. I was explaining my experience and asking how I can obtain the remainder of my refund. I was told she did not care for my complaint and because I was rude I am now banned from her entire centre (Casula Mall) and because she knows the owner my complaint with head office will go no where. This store looks at people and stereotypes. If you speak up when they’re trying to rip you off or match their energy they’re giving you.. you’re automatically the rude one. Read the other reviews if this store. There’s zero customer care or service as advertised. Local business owner in Liverpool x
Sent me only half of my order, no email indicating the change, no refund, no helpful customer service support, only an email indicating I have to chase it up myself, constant back and forth through email proofing evidence of my order or lack of, attitude from lady over the phone, because I the missed call customer service tried to contact me I could not answer because I work every 6 days and only could call on my 1 day off, I also waited hours that day for the call, but this lady was apparently on a lunch break. Which wasted my entire day off, now a week later I called and asked for some email indicating an invoice,? Which she said why! What do you want that to say? In a rude tone. I said I can’t wait another month because I don’t have the time to call up, if I could at least be notified via email of the amount, which she wouldn’t Evan tell me, just that it’s been put through to their financial team, it’s been a month now of me having to chase this issue up now, feeling so annoyed, first and last time I’ll ever order here online, lesson learned
