During our visit, my girlfriend inadvertently lost $50 in the store. Understandably, she was quite distressed about it. We retraced our steps and returned to the store hoping to find the lost money. To our immense relief and gratitude, Lina was not only sympathetic to our situation but went above and beyond to help us. She carefully checked the area where we had been and, within minutes, found the lost cash. Her honesty and integrity were clearly evident, and her actions turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Lina’s exemplary service didn’t stop there. She continued to assist us with our purchases, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her professionalism combined with her approachable nature made our shopping experience truly exceptional.
