Google MapsI came in with back pain due to the aggravation of an old injury from work, and even with the time constraint of travelling overseas a couple of weeks after my first session, Jayden helped me figure out what went wrong and gave me the tools that helped me stay mobile on my trip, and back to normal capacity at work. The results were better than I could have hoped for in a very short period of time.

Google MapsPro-form as a whole is one of the easiest places for me to turn up. There are no expectations for me to show up a certain way. There is no clinical waiting room, which means I stare at a wall for hours because I am early, and people run late. There is a complete understanding if I can’t make it. There is support if I need extra help. There isn’t just clinical talk but laid-back everyday chats with deep and meaningful conversations too. There is a celebration of wins and compassion during the many, many lows, with some comedic relief thrown in for good measure. It feels like a real human environment, which, for someone who spends 70% of their time in clinical waiting rooms and in clinical interactions, is a breath of fresh air. I can say without a doubt that I would not be able to do the things I do without this team. You guys save me on the regular. Thank you, Bella Family. Merry Christmas x

During each consultation, we worked through a few niggles I was experiencing and she developed a program for me to follow with mobility and strengthening exercises. She adapted this along the way to ensure I was ready and my body was in good shape to execute the race. She was friendly, kind and made me feel at ease very quickly. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
