Google MapsTala is an an amazing physiotherapist for her age. Understands the issue quickly and helped resolve it. This was for my cervical neck compression and it has resolved. Always friendly service and does not over service which is important. Highly recommended.

Google MapsI have been seeing Tala Olins-Miller from Proactive Physiotherapy & Pilates for several months now and she has really helped with my issues. She is very knowledgeable and also very personable. I have not had respect for any physiotherapists I have seen up until Tala, and they also have not helped with my pain. So, therefore, I was sceptical when I booked in with Tala, but she is really good, has restored my faith in physiotherapy, and I would highly recommend her.

Google MapsKirsty makes Pilates fun. As you age and your fitness and flexibility is not as good as your mind wants it to be. Kirsty gives you the baby steps, to eventually get to the goal that you want. I have multiple Pilates studios within a 3km location of my home, but I am more than happy to drive the extra distance, to have a safe and thorough workout at her studio.
