Not only are they feeling better and reaping the health benefits of having a structured program, but Patty & Rob have created an environment where they feel like they belong. From the interactions I have witnessed the Proform team care about their athletes mental wellbeing as much as their physical one, creating a balance that will only help athletes continue to grow and excel. He explained my condition clearly and gave me simple and a practical plan. I’ve noticed massive improvements and feel more confident moving around. Would highly recommend Jordan!
