Google MapsProline work in conjunction with insurance companies such as Auto and General and we have had them out to our property several times due to a couple of water damage claims. Generally speaking, we found the staff at Proline to be professional, prompt, and polite. We had no issues with their support staff. In fact, they were great. However, their “Assessor” & “alleged expert on all things” Ben Muston, was nothing short of rude. I’d describe Ben as egoic, argumentative, and with a clear-cut case of “little man syndrome.” And if this sounds harsh and personal, then you’re right. We have felt Ben’s negligence, ego, and incompetence on a personal level. The hurt, trauma, and money his incompetences and ego has caused my family is immeasurable. Ben under quotes and under scopes work. He denies facts and very clear cut evidence of damage on the premise that he’s an “expert” on literally everything. Ben speaks about his experience hyperbolically and has apparently been a builder for 15 years, a roofer for 14, and an Assessor for 5 years. And honestly? The man couldn’t pass for any older than 35, so the numbers just don’t quite stack up. Much like his scope of work documents, really. When challenged or asked for further insight on his opinion, he becomes argumentative and highly aggressive. Upon further research within this industry, we have been able to make sense of his behaviours and objectives in the interactions had with Ben from Proline. Through denying facts and evidence and under scoping work on the homes of people like us (flood and water damage victims) he heightens his incentive/bonus capacity. Honestly? It’s disgusting. If you’ve been referred to Proline by proxy from your insurer, then I’d ask for another provider and evade any interaction with Ben Muston.

Google MapsThey did a job for me a while back now, tiaro. asked them to come back and put the correct interlock on the sliding door they fitted. Tim came out for a look, said he would come back in the next couple days and fix, he never did. I find it a lot with businesses these days, they do the job, get paid. Any problems and they don’t come back because there’s no more money in it for them. Can’t trust anyone these days.
