From the very beginning, Darren was incredible to deal with - sending 3D plans through quickly, changing any items (many items) I wanted along the way - no question went unanswered and he went above and beyond to support us through project managing it ourselves, using all our own trades to save some money. Design spot on, quality excellent, service second to none and whole process fairly painless.

Google MapsWhen I engaged this company, their website said “no obligation free quotes” and “fully transparent” quotes. I had a small building job quoted and went ahead with it, without getting any other quotes trusting Adam that quoted me. The job was completed and I looked at the quote again as it seemed high and realised the quote had not been transparently done, just one figure at the end. So I calculated a full day of labour based on their hourly rate (even though he was only here for 5.5 hours), went to bunnings to get a retail price for the material that was used and there was a large chunk of the quote I was confused where those funds were allocated. So I simply emailed Adam and asked if he could please give me a break down of the costs as my calculations showed there was a large difference. He took two days to get back to me and then came back telling me that the cost included him coming out to quote (including travel) and it’s a testament to his worker’s work ethic that he finished in 5 hours and that he hopes I’m ok with that. I emailed back with a screenshot of their web page saying “no obligation free quote” then asked again for a transparent breakdown of costs. Four days went by and I received an email from one of the ladies in the office with an invoice for a lower amount, however still without any breakdown of costs and no further word from Adam. The fact that Adam could not provide me with a breakdown spoke volumes. If you are looking at engaging this company, I would look at getting multiple quotes as I have since heard from other tradies that have worked with Adam, that he does it to everyone as people usually just pay. It was a really stressful experience and sad that seeing the “family owned” business gives the impression that they will do the right thing and look after you.
