Highly recommend Property Hero, is a great cleaning service. The cleaners turn up on time. They are very thorough with their cleaning and do a wonderful job. Special request are not an issue at all.

Professional, dilligent, and accommodating cleaning team! We got the property hero in after a disappointing service with another provider. I had complete confidence in them from the moment we were in contact and this continued through to the service delivery. I had a last minute change of dates for our end of lease clean and Parisa was able to make it work in short notice. The Team arrived on time and immediately got into action. I have since recommended them to my neighbours and would highly recommend the team to others on the Central coast.

Cleaned for under 1 hour of a 3 hour clean and smashed a very expensive vase which we'd had for over 20 years. Apologised and said we wouldn't be charged. They left and we had to clean the house again anyway. They eventually paid for a replacement, which of course we had to arrange, but after insisting they wouldn't charge us they tried to charge us for half the costs of the clean. Accidents happen but the penny pinching over whether they cleaned for 1 or 2 hours....just left us disappointed to say the least.

Parisa, Mirza and the team are phenomenal and I could not recommend them highly enough. I work in OSHC/Vacation care and Property Hero were hired by my company - Camp Australia - for weekly cleaning and upkeep. The team were the perfect balance of personable and professional, I always looked forward to seeing them each week and the standard of cleaning they upheld was better than we’ve ever had before from external cleaners. Not only would I recommend Property Hero to anybody with business cleaning needs, I will be utilising their services for personal use in the future and recommending them to my friends! What a great experience with Property Hero for a pre-sale clean! They pulled a rabbit out of the hat to accommodate a very short notice full clean of our townhouse and the end result was amazing with the team going above and beyond the standard cleaning checklist to make the place sparkling and ready for sale. Parisa is a delight to deal with and made sure she knew exactly what was required. I particularly appreciated this as I was managing the job remotely. Very grateful and thoroughly recommend!
