Google MapsSuch a friendly gym. I’ve really enjoyed each time I’ve been - the classes have been challenging but in a good way. There hasn’t been a time yet that I’ve ‘clock watched’ for it to be over. At the end of some classes I’ve been really surprised how quickly the time has passed. So great that the kids can come along.

Google MapsI felt very welcomed and encouraged on my journey to a healthier me. The exercises were modified to suit my level of fitness and old injuries. I felt really encouraged that there are people attending this gym who are from all ages and fitness levels, I didn’t feel out of place at all. Above all it’s very affordable.
