After several sessions and significant adjustment to my exercise routine, my pain has reduced remarkably. I find Stef is extremely supportive of my goals and great at answering my questions. Stef is perfect for the patient who likes to understand the why and how of things. She has a great energy at my early morning sessions. Thank you :)
