I’ve had a really positive experience with. The team is very supportive, respectful, and always makes sure clients feel comfortable and valued. They genuinely care about the people they work with and go above and beyond to provide great support.
I came into this service from a very difficult place in my life. I have been with this provider for three months, and during this time I was supported to move into my own SIL house without having to share, which was a major step toward my independence. During this period, I became very unwell and experienced a relapse; however, the support I received remained consistent, reliable, and professional. Under the service providers guidance and leadership, the support workers showed a high level of dedication, attentiveness, and genuine care. They remained committed to my wellbeing and continued to support me through some of the most challenging moments. The team did not give up when things were difficult and consistently focused on my safety, recovery, and long-term independence. Based on my experience, this is the level of support people can expect when working with this quality progressive care, strong leadership, dedicated support workers, and a provider that remains present even during the hardest times.
QP care came up on my Mums Facebook feed as she’s in the process of applying for NDIS. She reached out to them and Omar contacted her the next day. He visited my Mum for a 1 hour appointment to go through her entire application and help guide her on what needs to be included to help her application get approved. This is a free consultation that Omar does to help his clients. Since then, he has continued to check in and provide additional advice as we are still waiting on reports to support her application. We walked away from our appointment with Omar with so much knowledge and additional tasks we needed to do and follow up with specialists and doctors to help her application. Omar has also offered to sit in on our phone consultation with brotherhood of St Laurence to help support my Mums application. We have been blown away with the support and guidance Omar has offered us without taking a single cent. He has so much knowledge and is very passionate in what he does.
