I was referred to Tim by my neighbour who has been happy with their service in the past. Tim was very professional on the phone when I was wanting to book in a lawn mowing service for my yards and quoted me a very reasonable price. The team arrived to mow the lawn the very next day and were prompt, professional and left the yards tidy when they finished. Will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone else needing help with lawn/garden maintenance.

Extremely disappointing encounter, after sacking my previous lawn mowing service a one person operator but a well known franchise I won’t mention for unreliability of turning up not for job dissatisfaction. Looking for new providers and needing in person quote I emphasised that I needed above all reliability and I was assured yes we are very reliable. Next day waiting for them to arrive for quote I was assured previous day they will text me 30mins before arriving at my property having got no text I assumed I was let down again, so was quite bemused when sitting inside I heard voices then seen 2 people walking around back of my property I really like my privacy and also security so not expecting anybody to be here I quickly went and challenged them they explained they rang door bell which I didn’t hear due to substantive hearing loss from extended defence force service and I also said I was told I would be sent text when you where 30mins away they said they weren’t told this. After I calmed downed inside and maybe had been a bit blunt (not aggressive at all thou) challenging what I assumed where trespassers I talked with them and explained what I needed, once every 3 weeks, weed spray then 3 weeks come back and whipper snip and continue very 3 weeks. I have a decent home assistance from DVA (Department of Veterans Affair’s) due to my recent medical discharge from Defence force due to my combined injuries after 16 years. We discussed prices and i mentioned my entitlement I said if I tell you my entitlement it will play a part in the quote price. If price was close to my entitlement but slightly more I would have just copped difference from my pocket. I asked their hourly rate per person and for both of them my entitlements easily covered what 2 people could do in a hour n maybe a little longer so I figured in my head yes this should be ok and they seemed to feel like they would be back to be doing the job.I also at this time apologised if I seem blunt but wasn’t expecting anybody to be walking around my property and they seem fine and and said that was no problem. I will say the two guys who showed up was not person I spoke to on phone and they were very friendly and professional at all times they where just doing what they were told to do, but what I was told on phone talking to person didn’t get passed to these two. I was also told the previous day that I would get a text about job acceptance or not later that afternoon after the quote I got nothing that day, 2nd unreliability all in one day after being assured of their reliability. Did get text next day that said, quote from text unfortunately our team feel the job is a little to big for them at this time of year due to high demand. So two people every 3 weeks spraying at same time and whipper snipping at same time apparently couldn’t do what one person was doing in a hour and half. Glad it didn’t work out as they showed from day one they were unreliable twice. Yes some people will say I’m nit picking but I feel if you say you are going to do something and you don’t or can’t you then explain this and come up with a alternative plan to complete or achieve this. And if you can’t trust peoples word then whats the point very disappointing encounter.

Reached out to RNT maintenance as I have been unable to manage my lawns due to multiple factors. An appointment was made quickly and the results are amazing. My lawns haven't looked this great in a long time. Happy to continue to use them for upkeep and means it's one less thing for me to worry about.
