Google MapsI have five nieces and nephews and LOVE to play games with them. Why I shop at Rainbow Fun is, that I like the sustainability nature of the games where so many of them are used from recycled materials OR have a collaboration vs. competition game style.

Google MapsI completely understand Covid has thrown everything into disarray and there are delays on products. I just wish this was stated on the website when we purchased a balance bike, instead it notified people purchasing the stock it would be recieved on September 19, 2020. It's now October 25th. We called up to find out what was happening and we were told early October and then again recently told late October. Jumping on the website it now says stock will be released November 5th. Again we understand covid has effected everything but we would have just liked some honesty when purchasing. If they didnt have enough to forefill their orders they shouldnt have offered September 19th. That was the reason we purchased from Rainbow Fun in the first place, they offered the balance bike for the same as everyone else but had an earlier release then all other sites... or so we thought. Really disappointed in the lack of communication with customers.
