Google MapsWhat a fabulous service. Wish I had discovered it years ago. Not only does it run like a fine oiled machine as regards timing of pick ups and returns, but it is a community within a community of friendly staff who are professional and highly competent.

Google MapsThe pricing structure is misleading and unfair, especially for pensioners and elderly clients, particularly those with cognitive decline like my father. Nowhere in the onboarding process when spoken over the over the phone was it clearly mentioned that each one-way trip under 10 km would be charged a minimum of $30 (plus GST). Instead I was told the cost from Bondi Beach to Bondi Junction would only incurr a $15 one-way trip. However, to my surprise when I received the final invoice, my elderly father was charged $60+ (plus GST) roundtrip from Bondi Beach to Bondi Junction (less than 10km all up)—an unreasonable and excessive charge compared to other transport options. When I questioned the pricing, rather than addressing the issue, I was gaslighted and incorrectly told that I no longer wished to proceed with the service. This is not true—I value the service but expect clear and honest pricing. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with vulnerable clients. I urge the organisation to review their pricing, improve communication, and ensure clients fully understand costs before signing up.
