Google MapsHave had ongoing knee pain for the last few years, and I kept trying to exercise on it without knowing what to do for recovery so it was just getting worse. I saw the physio Heather at Rehab First for an initial consult then was referred to the EP Adam for ongoing support. I can't believe the difference - my knee is feeling so much stronger, and I have learned so much about what helps in recovery, what to avoid and how to do certain exercises properly. Also very impressed with the quality of equipment! Some amazing machines that you cannot access at a normal gym. Have recommended Rehab First to all my friends and family and my mum has already booked in for her shoulder rehab.
