Genuine Complaint
Google MapsI very highly no longer recommend this place or the podiatrist Elizabeth. My son was being treated for a fungal toenail infection. She cut my sons toenail back further then necessary on the side that wasn’t needing treatment which resulted in ongoing ingrown toenail prognosis, we returned for her to do more damage and pain on his nail. At this point she not only averted blame onto my son she mock laughed when recommending surgery for it. Which prior to this hadn’t been needed as his nail was clearing up quite well. I have made a complaint but management have still not contacted me back. I’m extremely upset that my son is now in ongoing pain until his nail grows back over his skin instead of going into the bed.
