Google MapsWe arranged to get some power to an on-site shed following the damage from cyclone Debbie. Rick managed to cut through a sewer main leaving our tenants with raw sewerage for a couple of weeks - then lost our keys. The cost of new keys and the way this job was handled will leave us not using Rick again - we manage several properties in Bowen and the response from Rick was disappointing and lacked accountability blaming others for his shortcomings.

Google MapsHave to get them one star, because they have not performed well in the past, let me wait 3 times, cancled last minute or didn't show up at all. Heard nothing back until I ask again.. And they actually never finished the job. Our stove never got fixed, after the young dude just 'had to get some parts'. This time, multiple reschedules, late again.. I'm still waiting.. really annoying when you wait over 3 hours and you only hear something if you call yourself! Time doesn't really exist for this company

Google MapsRick Ashton and his team did a great job putting in our new air conditioning system From start to finish Rick handled everything very professionally Nothing was too hard even though it was a difficult/ challenging job The team who came to install worked amazingly hard from 7.30am to 6.30pm on a Friday!!! To get the job done Rarely do you see a team of workmen work like they did - impressive! The follow up from Rick - connecting our new meter to Ergon Network went as planned All in all we would highly recommend Rick Ashton and his team for any electrical work

Google MapsAbout 2 months ago I initially contacted Rick for a quote regarding air conditioning in my guest bedroom, and cleaning of my other 2 units he listened to what I wanted got back to me almost immediately The quote was detailed and very competitive with other quotes I had received The work was completed within 2 weeks which was fantastic The work areas were left clean and the new unit is great the cleaned ones are also great Then about a month ago with the cyclone season approaching I purchased a generator, I contacted Rick again to ask if he would set up the generator ready to switch should the time arise that I would need it I also requested a bright make up mirror in my ensuite brighter lights in my kitchen area, strip lighting under my kitchen cupboards new brighter lights in my garage and on my back patio He quoted all this within days we had to wait for some parts The workman came this week 12/11/25 OMG The workmanship was incredible and I have exactly what I requested Bright Lights Thanks Rick and Team also the Lovely girls on the phones
