When I requested that I need help with personal care at home with showering post operative. The Nurse Unit manager contacted Right at Home for me. Within one hour I received a phone call and all appointments were set up. The service was explained to me and the care was started the next day even though it was a Saturday. The personal care was excellent and professional carried out. I also had transport to appointments and to do my shopping. I have given a 5 star rating because nothing else would do for the profession and happy care I received. Charmaine Gorman

I have been using Right at home Macarthur Penrith services since 2019 for my mom. Mum has nothing but praises for all staffs including the management. They did a fabulous job during the Pandemic period with at most care with all shifts proceeding without any changes .

I have used Right at Home Macarthur Penrith to take care of my distant aunt who had no close relatives nearby. They really did their job well. Though I am living far away, I was able to manage things. They were always easy to reach and always got back quickly if there were any questions, via phone or SMS. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Have been a client of R@H Macarthur /Penrith for two years.The management is efficient caring, and prompt in all correspondence. Being a privately owned and run business allows communication and answers with decision makers immediately without the need for going up a burecratic chain of command.

Kirstie is a blessing, her patience and understanding with my Dad Issa Yacoub is heart warming. She is helpful, kind, gentle and listens to my dad even though it's in a another language that she doesn't understand. She is great support to my mum Nelly and I when it's too much she is a lending hand, she has become one of the family we look forward for her visits.
