Google MapsMichael is a whiz, transformed our white couch which was dirty from three different pets running all over it. Appreciated that he was realistic about what he could do, transparent with pricing, yet still surpassed any hope I had that the couch could be saved. Thanks Michael!

Google MapsMichael did a great job cleaning our rugs and upholstery for the recliners. The communication was also point on with regular messages about the booking and his ETA. Will be using their services again in future.

Google MapsNever use Right Price Cleaning. I made an online booking two weeks in advance and heard nothing. I had to chase them repeatedly, and they only confirmed the booking two days before the appointment. The owner/carpet cleaner, Michael, then repeatedly contacted me asking to move the booking from 5pm to 4pm for his convenience. I agreed to be accommodating. Despite this, he still didn’t arrive until 4:27pm. When I questioned this, he said he “can’t always tell exactly when he’ll get there”, apparently he's happy for customers to sit around waiting, but unwilling to wait himself. As he walked through the door, he announced there would be an extra $350 charge. This was never flagged earlier despite weeks of notice. At this point, I was understandably frustrated. After I showed him through the house, speaking in a tone that was blunt but not rude (I was understandably disappointed with the experience so far) he had the audacity to tell me I was having a go at him and said he thought he should just leave. he then began to get into his car to leave to which I agreed and told him the service had been appalling and that I would be leaving a review. He then bizarrely offered to do the job for free, which I declined, I did not want someone with this attitude in my home. Unprofessional, disorganised, and disrespectful of customers’ time. Absolutely not worth the stress.
