We hired Rise Builders to build a 4-car tandem attached garage for our house, and the results were outstanding. The project was complicated at times due to the size and scope, but Lance helped every step of the way through the design, permitting, city zoning, and build. Each team of subcontractors was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. The new structure integrates well with the existing home. We receive so many compliments and are often asked to share our builders name by people who are interested in similar projects. We are always happy to recommend Lance. The final result is exactly what we hoped for, plus on time and on budget!

We had a great experience working with the builder and design manager on our home. We added many custom elements—wall molding, wallpaper, office cabinets, and even a last-minute sauna with cabinets surrounding it. Despite the changes, everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Brianne did an outstanding job managing the process, keeping us informed every step of the way and making sure tasks stayed on schedule. She also designed the home beautifully, with chic finishes that feel unique and far from cookie-cutter. Highly recommend if you want a truly beautiful, thoughtfully designed home!
