Joining Rushcutters Health has been truly life changing. Almost immediately, I began seeing significant results, and in a matter of months have felt my body transform, thanks to the knowledge and dedication of my trainer, Liam. As a woman in my early 60s, I feel as strong, supple and fit as I did at 40, all from only one session a week. All the trainers are very professional and friendly, and the gym itself is spacious and chilled, compared to most noisy and overcrowded gyms. I highly recommend you check out Rushcutters.

Also loved the fun community vibe and the supportiveness of other members too. :) The indoor-outdoor layout and generous access to natural light and air (rarely found in city gyms) was a big plus for me.
Rushcutters Health is a fantastic space. It is open, clean, and modern. Staff are welcoming, genuinely encouraging, professional, and generous with their knowledge and experience. I highly recommend RH. Small, personalised and never too crowded, it's where you go when you want a tailored, individual approach and I've been a member of lots of Sydney gyms. It's been awesome getting back into going to the gym after a broken foot and a tendon tear. I knew I wanted to do this with a trainer's guidance and I had some serious goals to hit before a significant birthday. Mark, my trainer, has been amazing. Always friendly and encouraging but never letting me get away with not doing my best. Mark designed a program to build strength back up gradually and we smashed my goals out of the park. I cannot believe how strong I am now after just a year! The difference with just one session a week has been, frankly, amazing. I'd recommend anyone who wants a helping hand from professionals who aren't just going through the motions of PT, but have their own goals and reach their own bigger and bigger heights themselves as a team all the time? this is your place.
