Great to receive such good service from Steve and Deanna. Submitted an online enquiry as I was a little time poor. I received a response and prices within a day, and also was able to book in via email. Nothing was too hard and prompt responses. The seatbelt install was in my 1970 Valiant so wanted to ensure it was as safe and professional as possible. 2 belts, and 2 baby anchor points were installed. All work great and look fantastic. Thanks so much Steve and Deanna, I will be sure to pass on the word to anyone who needs belt work done. Will be sure to tell the classic car clubs too.

What a lovely supportive local business. I had purchased a baby seat from a major baby store that were unable to have a specialist install our baby seat. We attempted to do it ourselves, but felt uncomfortable about how it sat in the car, but we needed the seat the next day. I rang where I purchased it from and they only had one specialist who was away for a week. I frantically did a ring around, Safe Travel Solutions were more than accomodating, fitting me in that day, and have to say the service was on the spot, informative and very helpful. I didn’t realise that they also sell car seats, would have been happy to take my overall business to them from the very start. Supporting small local businesses is always important. Very appreciative of the team at Safe Travel Solutions, highly recommend .

Had our car seat fitted this morning, easy to book, great price at $33 and the lady who helped us really took the time to explain things to us. Staff are great here and have wonderful customer service!!

These guys are absolutely amazing. When a larger retailer cancelled my booking the afternoon before I was scheduled to have a car seat installed in my new car before we went away on a long road trip, Safe Travel Solutions had no issues squeezing me in that day. I was also running behind from a doctors appointment and when I called to tell them I was running late, this was also no issue. Upon arriving as I had tried to install my seat myself, they thoroughly checked my fitting, made any necessary tightenings and then didn’t charge me as I had already done it myself but were happy to check for me. Seriously the best service from honest, reliable people. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here if you need a car seat installed.

I had a 4 way lifter installed in my car. These guys were very professional, friendly and kept me in the loop as to what was required. They gave clear instructions of how to operate it. I’m so happy that the freedom the lift has given me. Thanks so much to your team.
