Google MapsIf you’re looking for more than just another gym, you’ve found it! Sessions innovative and so much fun. Joining the team at SOS not only improved my strength but my overall health and well-being. Adrian and his team have the knowledge and experience to design activities to suit the individual regardless of injury history or physical limitations. School of Strength won’t disappoint and you’re guaranteed to have a laugh at the same time.

Google MapsThis gym is a rare gem. Adrian and Susie are the funniest, most genuinely kind human beings who make you feel comfortable and part of the SOS family as soon as you walk in the front door. There’s none of the usual anxiety about starting in the gym. It’s such a fun and relaxed atmosphere that’s combined with some great workouts - Susie and Adrian coach you through all the movements to make sure you’re doing them properly and will make you laugh about dying on the treadmill. If I could give a bonus star for Sylvie the gym dog I would.
