Google MapsAlex and the team at Scooters and Mobility were fantastic! They were so helpful, the process was easy and more than anything it was reassuring to know that my Grandparents were well looked after. Can not recommend Scooters and Mobility enough.

Google MapsMy husband bought a secondhand scooter from them for $3945. He drove it home but it wouldn't fit in our lift, so we took it back. It was treated as a trade in and we got $3295 for it less than 24 hrs later. It had been driven from the showroom to home and back. So we had to buy a new scooter. It should have been treated as a test drive. This was in October. Recently the scooter has developed a clicking noise, so we called and asked for it to be fixed. Someone came to fix it and we have been charged $209. We were under the impression it was still under guarantee after such a short time, and if it isn't they should have told us. We are in our eighties, my husband is post stroke, and the stress of having to find extra money out of our pension, and deal what I consider to be underhand practices is taking it's toll. We will obviously not deal with them again nor recommend them

Google MapsMy wife and I flew up from Melbourne this week and we brought along my wife's mobility scooter. Alas, at Melbourne airport the usually reliable scooter suddenly developed a fault and would not operate. Well, I'm normally an accomplished fix-it guy and quite competent around mechanical/electrical equipment but I had no idea what the problem was. We were looking to hire a replacement and following a Google search, called Scooters & Mobility in Warana. Bryan listened sympathetically to our plight and suggested if we bring the dead scooter to him, he could at least take a look at it and determine if it was fixable. Within literally seconds he had found the malfunctioning culprit but also had other jobs on the go, so he couldn't get to it straight away. He stayed back that night after closing just to fix our scooter and we were able to pick it up next morning. My wife had her mobility back and was overjoyed. Bryan's knowledge and friendliness were exemplary. He fixed our scooter for about the same price as it would have cost to hire a replacement. We are so grateful to him and his team for what they done so that we could get back to enjoying our holiday. Our sincere thanks, great job and well done!.
