Communication was poor, and after their last message offering a rebooking nearly two weeks away, I never heard back again. Not a great start as a new client and ultimately unreliable. I’ve since gone with another company.

Google MapsLooked clean afterwards but has now been leaking on and off for weeks. I emailed to advise, was asked to send a video of it leaking then never heard back despite multiple emails to different company accounts. They offer 12 month guarantee, but of what, I wonder? Next stop, consumer affairs. My unit never leaked once in 4 years prior to this ‘cleaning.
