Google MapsI've been going to Shape PT for almost 3 years now. Lorah and the Team of coaches and personal trainers at Shape are top notch (Rollah, Stephen, Sam, Eric and Tina) . Alongside PT sessions, there are fantastic group classes like HIIT, Boxing, Power Bar and Boot camp and reformer pilates. This place has a wonderful community feeling to it where everyone supports you to acheive your goals, staying consistent, and pushing you and not intimidated. I never thought I will be hitting the gym 5 - 6 times a week but this place truly motivated me and turned my lifestyle around. Often there are 6 week or 12 week fitness challenges where you participate alongside some wonderful folks and see some long lasting benefits. Would highly recommend to come be a part of Shape.
