Google MapsSilver Peak and James were very professional and efficient. Certainly value for money, although not the cheapest they were a please to deal with. All the trades people were great and extremely helpful and proficient. The ensuite is a "work of art" and we love it and we are proud to show our family and friends the final results.

Google MapsWe had both our bathroom and ensuite renovated by Silverpeak Construction. James and his team have done an outstanding job. They were most helpful, friendly and patient with our many suggestions. Nothing was too much, even getting our vanity through a second storey window because it was too big for the stairs. Although it has taken longer than anticipated it was well worth the wait and we're delighted with the outcome. We highly recommend James and all his team.

I can only say that all of the tradies engaged by SilverPeak are very polite and easy to get along with. We enjoyed having them around. We are so pleased with the final outcome and would highly recommend SilverPeak Constructions for their punctuality, friendliness and professionalism. We would definitely use them again.

We need to convert an unused space into a small bathroom and after contacting several companies (some of who didn’t even bother responding) we contacted SilverPeak based on a recommendation. To be honest I was dreading the whole process but from the very first phone call they were just great! From showing up on time to provide a quote …. to starting and finishing on the date they said they would ….. and every day in between the team were well organized and ran like a well oiled machine! I’d purchased a vanity and on installation they noticed the door screws had been overtightened which had cracked the frame so instead of just ignoring it or telling us to exchange, Hue took the time and exchanged it for us. Just an example of genuine customer service, attention to details and pride in workmanship we experienced On completion of the job the guys cleaned up which was fantastic. All rubbish was removed from our site they even pressure cleaned our drive way (from the white dust from plasterboard etc)… and the hall way was vacuumed AND mopped!! A huge thank you to everyone involved, Paul, James & Hue – Silverpeak, Andrew Sherry – Electrician, Josh from Famous Framless, Damian – Tiler and the rest of the guys sorry too many names to remember but we are very grateful to all of them for their professionalism, workmanship, timeliness and just overall being a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend them enough!

Google MapsSilverPeak Construction carried out rectification work to our ensuite due to tile/grout failure in their original work. The on‑site staff and trades were always polite and worked hard, and often seemed to be juggling multiple demands on their time. However, the rectification took much longer than originally advised. When advised the work was complete, we unfortunately discovered the shower drain was blocked with concrete and the shower fitting broken. Within a couple of weeks SilverPeak had arranged a replacement fitting and for a plumber to attend so the bathroom could be completed and used. Messaging from the owner and main office regarding scope, timelines, completion and warranty was at times unclear. Where issues arose, responsibility was generally attributed to external factors. If you are engaging SilverPeak, we strongly recommend having a very clear written scope before work starts, and allowing contingency for unexpected issues.
