The lady came in this morning (so sorry for forgetting your name) was amazing she cleaned the walls without me asking if she could do it but she was amazing. She even removed the stain that was on my white kitchen bench as I was trying to figure out how to remove but she did it so good!! Simone’s cleaning always delivered so well with their service and with my request. Thanks so much!!!

Google MapsWe have been using Simone's for some time now and the staff are super efficient, really friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is done 100% to our wishes. Today Tiffany and Caprice came out and did a fantastic job. In doing so they asked me to write a review, for which I am only to happy to do this for them and the others teans who have come and done such a terrific job at making our house a home.

Google MapsI am generally not one to write negative reviews however in this case I feel it's warranted and cannot go left unsaid. In the beginning I had an incredible experience with Simone's Cleaning, including with Nicole. This was until I requested not to have different cleaners keep coming to my property, or cleaners changed at the last minute. I had a small complaint with one trainee who came through and raised it, then requested three specific cleaners that had been prior. I was advised one had left the company, one was a trainer and would only ever be able to attend with a trainee (which I was not happy with) and one may not be available as my clean was twice per week and there were current staffing issues. Being an NDIS approved and registered company, this request is absolutely not out of the ordinary for someone who requires structure however most people would also begin to feel uneasy having multiple people through their home. After my request was ignored and more new cleaners were sent through my home I requested that photos stopped being taken of my cleans for privacy reasons. Many people who have NDIS plans are not unintelligent people - they do have extensive personal/professional backgrounds you may not know about - they may be in burn out, or have had an accident...you never know someones full story. To cut this long story short, after I had my home entered by individuals unknown to me, I messaged Nicole and advised her of this stating that now more than ever it is imperative I do not have anyone enter my home I am not comfortable with. She responded the next morning advising me that my regular cleaner Ashanti had advised her overnight she was unable to work that day and "in this case" she would cancel my clean. I requested details of Simone and was advised she was unable to provide these to me, however she would pass on a message to call me. I located Ashanti on SM and just asked had she worked on the day my clean was, she said she had been sent to a different job. I then found a different number on Simones cleaning instagram page and called it, it went unanswered. I ended up receiving a call from a private number, I thought it may have been police so I answered and the person advised they were Simone, I asked they contact my support Coordinator instead. I have since been advised Simones cleaning can no longer provide services to me as Ashanti has "left the company". Being NDIS approved means you are providing services to vulnerable people. This service is absolutely substandard and leaves me wondering if you are treating customers in this fashion how are the workers being treated for such a high turnover in staffing? Given the most of cleaners I have had (and theres been a fair few now) have advised they don't get breaks between jobs or enough time to get from one job to the next, if this is correct it's a HR nightmare waiting to happen. It is not difficult to be kind, not everything is about money, this is peoples lives. Knowing I was in a vulnerable situation that morning, as a business owner knowing I was alone and a single mother of two SN's children that had just been through an incredibly traumatic event, instead of showing empathy or kindness, you straight out LIED to me! I honestly hope there is some sort of reflection done here. I would have emailed this however I feel as though it would have just been deleted/filed rather than given the time of day, maybe this will bring some sort of awareness. Just to leave this on a positive note though, Desi, Ashanti, Ruby, Bianca, Alana you are all incredible and I hope you succeed in whatever you do in life! Thank you for the amazing times, it's been much appreciated.
Have been using Simone's Cleaning for a couple of months now. Although very pleased with all the girls that have come, but RUBY was the absolute best! She came once a couple of weeks ago, and completely transformed my house! She even took the time to clean and tidy my WIR, which had been used as a dumping ground. She used her time wonderfully, and is such a credit to Simone's Cleaning Services. Very highly recommend

Google MapsJust a huge thanks to Simone’s Cleaning, in particular Desi and Alana, who always go above and beyond in terms of making sure my house is spotless. Not only are they are so good at their jobs. But the most polite, respectful, helpful and just beautiful girls. Always appreciate their little finishing touches. Thanks Desi and Alana, I always look forward to seeing you both.
