Bought a new electric bed for my elderly father funded by our Aged Care Provider. It is one of the beds our OT recommended. All the staff are kind and patient. They took away the old bed and installed the new bed when promised. They addressed my father ( who was thrilled with this) in a courteous and friendly manner. They explained clearly how it works and recommendations on how to prolong the life of both the bed motor and the mattress. They assured us that if there were any problems just call and they’ll come out. We don’t live around the corner from the shop, so it’s peace of mind should there be any need knowing this. Their service is exemplary. Thanks Ben and Johnnie.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Sleep Doctor Campbelltown. Fiona who helped with our purchase and John who delivered and installed could not have been more helpful. They both exceeded my expectations of service. It was a delight to deal with them both. I received my first adjustable bed yesterday. I had the best night sleep i had in ages. When i went to the Sleep doctor at Campbelltown Ben served me and helped me chose the best bed for my needs.I only wish i went to the store earlier. Ben was very caring for my needs and explained to me the best bed for myself i am so very grateful. Nothing was a bother and Ben was extremely helpful and caring. Next time my daughters need a bed i will be taking them straight to Ben at Sleep Doctor. Thanks Ben so very much for all your help and the lovely bottle of wine. Also the delivery guys where most caring in the way they delivered the bed not rough. Thanks Sleep Doctor Campbelltown as well

Fantastic customer service! The loft bed we ordered took longer than anticipated but the communication from this business took the stress off. Every time I reached out to ask for an ETA I was given transparent updates within 24 hours of emailing. The bed was delivered on a Saturday with regular updates of their ETA. We were also given a care package for the inconvenience. Overall the bed is great quality and the service has been exceptional, highly recommend.
