Google MapsAfter spending 4 Allied health sessions with Tablelands Physiotherapy I awoke in crippling pain and unable to use my shoulder. After calling the clinic I was offered no assistance and told to await a call back later that day from my treating practitioner, which never transpired. In commencing treatment at a shoulder specialist clinic I requested digital copies of my clinical notes from Tablelands Physiotherapy. After signing a release form I was required to have a 1-on-1 meeting with the practitioner where they displayed aggression and demanded to know if I was seeking legal action before handing over an incomplete set of notes. After explaining they were simply being provided to a specialist they scoffed and told me to 'go off your meds and see a psychologist'.🤦♂️ At multiple instances and at their request I provided Tablelands Physiotherapy with feedback regarding my negative experience at their clinic, however at no point did the treating practitioner engage in dialogue regarding it or my treatment. Speaking from my experience, I certainly do not recommend this clinic. If you're seeking treatment for shoulder issues, I can attest to finding resolution at Coogee.🏖️
