Google MapsThe problem that I have with taking Care mobile massage is that I’ve been paying $160 a week. I have one masseur that is fully qualified and I have another masseur that is studying so not qualified . When I bought this to the attention of the team taking Care mobile massage, they took Ambridge to my complaint, blocked me from being able to call them with no discussion and wouldn’t answer my emails . I’ve decided to go into the company and have a chat to them to find that the director Sandra tried to blindside me on a number of occasions telling me that the massage therapist had a bladder complaint. Going to meet for being rude which is untrue and I can prove this. I believe they ghosted me, because that was the easiest thing to do. I bought it to their attention, but when you work in the age care community, the communication is imperative. Some people don’t have the sort of voice that I have your able-bodied like me, I will not stand for someone working in the age, care community to treat anyone the way that I’ve been treated . Google MapsTaking Care mobile massage service for Mum has been very beneficial to her. Alicia is helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Since Mum's fall she has endured daily with ongoing pain in her back. The massage and support given to her has helped her greatly over time. Much appreciated!
