Google MapsI have been coming to Goodlife jindalee for over ten years and it always feels friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk into the gym, the trainers are nice and staff are always engaging. I now live further away but drive to the gym because I really enjoy coming there.

Google MapsLocation good the machines a little out dated still do the job, the Lighting within the space find very dark especially away from the windows. The layout was very strange when first entering the gym, as does give off an illusion of being a bigger space. The main gym floor space next to windows was alright with a few side rooms that felt very liminal.

Google MapsGreat gym, go here all the time. Atmosphere is positive and welcoming. Would love it if they provided equipment like bands, step-up boxes, and skipping ropes like other Goodlifes.

Google MapsMy experience here wasn’t positive. A man came into the sauna with his Shaving equipment & started shaving his face. I asked him to stop & he became aggressive towards me. I reported this to the staff on the front desk who didn’t know what to do & didn’t address him. I cancelled my membership with the woman who was in charge (at the time) & she didn’t take the matter seriously at all. Know that you will be in a club with people such as the man shaving in the sauna. Decent people will go elsewhere.
The Point
Google MapsI’ve been a member for several years, but despite this gym being the closest to my home, I often avoid coming here because of the poor maintenance and cleanliness standards. The bathrooms frequently have a foul odour, the tiles are dirty and appear to have mould, and the equipment often feels sticky. The gym flooring also looks like it hasn’t been properly steam cleaned in months. I’ve previously been advised that the gym is cleaned regularly, however I honestly have not seen evidence of any thorough or consistent cleaning being carried out. I would strongly encourage management to take cleanliness and maintenance more seriously, as it is impacting the overall experience for members. I would also ask that consideration be given to updating all your equipment, which appears quite worn and outdated.
